New Fast Food joint!?

So Last year they closed down the McDonalds on Foothill and its basically been closed off with fences all around. Recently however they've been doing construction on it and I'm just wondering what new fast food place it could be. Me eating out a lot here am pretty excited of what it could be. I'm hoping it'll be a Hawiian BBQ place, or maybe an In-N-Out. wahhhhaha. I'm excited to eat there. mwhahahaha!!!
