Homeade Ramen

I bought corn and needed to use it. Somehow the idea of ramen came up and I decided to try and cook it. I've wanting to try for awhile now after watching this youtube recipe however the instructioinis seemed to long. Anyways, it took awhile but here is my soy sauce based ramen.

Ramen w/ anchovies + baked pork + corn + fried nori + soft hardboiled egg

Kind of rushed the whole process but it turned out good. The egg I think was my favorite part. Next time I'll try to add more of the ingredients from the recipe and buy better pork!
